    Ordering over the phone was quick and easy. The rep was efficient and friendly and didnt push when I refused a couple of other offers given to me. Overall I was very happy with the ordering process, but then again I dont have the product yet...

    The order will be delayed due to manufacturer lag, so I cannot rate delivery or receipt yet, though Lee R. was very personable. He also had to go to some length in order to procure the item I wanted, and should be commended for that as well.

    So far, so good. Not in a hurry for delivery, so if order shows up within a week or so, Im good. Prefer to buy online, out of state, with no tax, free shipping sites.
