    I ordered a washer and dryer, along with refrigerator. They were delivered quicker than expected, and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend using this company.

    I purchased a 52inch sony kdl52w4100 and was absolutely satisfied with their hassle free and game free price and delivery, unlike the other east coast merchants on pricegrabber. My tv arrived in less than 1 week with free delivery (they are located in Montana vs East Coast). they also have a 15 day price guarantee (so if price drop on their web site w/in 15 days they reimburse you). I called after I came back from vacation and to my surprise even though I was 4 days past the cutoff they still honored their price guarantee. Now that is customer service. Highly recommend and will order more AV equips from them in future. I have already told all my friends and family about my great experience with Vanns. By the way my TV is great! Go steelers!!!

    I ordered a Panasonic DMC-FZ28K digital camera from Vanns. It was the first time I had dealt with them. Their delivery speed was phenomenal! I place my order on a Monday night so they got it on Tuesday morning. Thursday morning, two days later, the camera was delivered to my doorstep in SW Washington State. They kept in touch with e-mails so I knew exactly what was going on. The order was exactly as I requested and I found their website very easy to navigate on. I am very pleased with my first experience with Vanns and I will definitely deal with them again. I highly recommend them.

    This was my first order from Vanns. I ordered a Panny DMC FZ28 and the experience was incredible. I was informed on the status of my order every step of the way, three-day shipping was free, the price was excellent, my camera arrived on time and is fantastic. From now on I will order all of my photographic equipment from Vanns. They are the very best!!

    Shopping at Vanns was a pleasant experience. We ordered a microwave and the first one came in defective, in manufacturers packaging. One call to Vanns was all it took to get it returned and another one on its way! Price was right and service was excellent.

    Excellent shopping experience. Great deal and, although the order was delivered by different carriers, Vanns coordinated the carriers so that both items were delivered the same day. Theyve gained a customer for life for all my electronic needs!

    I have ordered from Vanns several times with very good experiences. I just bought another digital camera with every other on line sites charging twice as much or even more! Love the Free shipping which has always been reasonably fast and the customer service is top notch. I always check Vanns for any Item before buying. Highly recommend.

    Very good. Vanns treats you like you matter, like youre a person, not just "income" for the bottom line. Even if theres a problem, their support works with you. But, hope you dont need a callback - my guy never did. But Vanns as a company is excellent.

    BEWARE! Vanns.com sent Damaged Item - Zero Customer Service - No Response To Problem.I purchased an Infinity TSS-1200 home theater system for $500.00. The item arrived distressed and damaged and had been exposed to moisture/water. I called Vanns.com customer service on the same day of delivery and requested an RMA to return. The customer service telephone was forwarded to a voice mailbox. I left a detailed message. I also sent (2) emails requesting an RMA to return the damaged item. Vanns.com did not respond.
