    This was my second and last order with this merchant. I first ordered 4 netgear switches from them with specific instructions to alert me if they were not in stock. After a week with no shipping information, and no updates on my account page, I sent an email to them, but never received a reply. The next week, after still having no tracking information and no new information on the web site, I called their customer support and asked for the tracking information. They told me it should be emailed to me shortly. It never was.I assumed this was a simple mix up, and decided to give them another chance. Once again, I got no information on the shipping. This time when calling, I got tracking information but it turned out to be for half the order. They promised to call with the other tracking info. I have called repeatedly but still don't know where the rest of my order is.

    I but 2 Netgear switches from them and the sales rep told me that he can ship the item from the nearest Netgear warehouse and he did so, so instead of 5 - 7 business day I go it in 3 days. Good Deal and fast Shipping !!!

    No telephone number anywhere on their website. What does that tell you? My order appeared to be delayed and communication was a huge problem with this merchant. The only way to communicate is via e-mail. They may or may not respond. Your order status may or may not be updated with accurate information in a timely manner. Odds are you'll get the merchandise you ordered at the bargain basement price you counted on. But what will you do if you don't? Buyer beware.
