Excellent price and prompt shipping. Will definitely purchase again. I just wish they shipped outside US and Canada, but I guess you cant win em all.

Good Job! Best price. Small glitch added 2 days to shipping and was due to me not specifying address as home and not business - FedEx was confused ...I especially liked going to the original email confirming shipment and being able to track shipment info directly from that email without going to the FedEx site. Very smooooooth ... Definitely recommend and will purchase again from them!

I might buy from SoftwareMedia again. I did however find a much lower price for the product that I ordered. $39.00 from Rocky Electronics. Found on price grabber. I was happy with the service I received.

I had just been burned by a longtime vendor & had to have the product asap & at the same or lower price. I talked with several vendors as I had some questions about the product. SoftwareMedia.com was the only company who took the time to answer every question and were extremly friendly. Email updates kept me informed about every step of my order. The product arrive exactly when it was expected. This is my new favorite vendor and I will buy from them again.
