    I've purchased from Purplus before...all went well. But the customer service and communication on this order was pitiful.After immediately receiving an order confirmation e-mail, I never received any follow-up order/shipping status notices. I sent an e-mail inquiry to Purplus. No response. I sent another e-mail. Again no response.So I called them to find out what was going on. I was told the item was out of stock and on backorder, even though their website indicated and a customer service rep confirmed on the phone that it was in-stock and available to ship at the time of order. I was told it would ship the next day and I'd receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. As I didn't receive any shipping notice the next day, I called them again to inquire about the status of my order. I was told it would finally ship that day, which it did. Good products and price, but this was a completely negative customer care and customer communication experience.

    I have been purchasing software from Purplus for several years now. I have never had a problem doing business with the company. I always get exactly what i order and shipped quickly. They are consistently among the lowest cost which is a bonus. Thank you

    I downloaded software from them after finding them here on pricegrabber. The download went perfectly well and I was able to use the link to download to each of the 3 computers I purchased licenses for. Smooth transaction all the way around.

    Price was great and the shipping was very quick. The only issue was that they sent me an English/Irish version with the help numbers being in Britain.

    Have always had a good online buying experience using Purplus. This order was not exception. I renewed Kaspersly Internet Security for 3 computers at the best price I found, and with a consistently reliable merchant. I also had to cancel an order at about the same time. This was done promptly, and I had the credit to my card within 4 days.
