HP has an incompetent cs department running off useless scripts. It took 2 phone calls and 1 hr of my time to cancel an order and it had better be cancelled or I will raise hell with them. any positive feedback during the shopping stage was negated by the post-purchase cs experience. I may or may not buy a hp again but I most definitely will not shop at hp.com again!
