3/6 ordrd 20 8C073J0 15krpm drives. 3/10 rcvd 20 8J073J0 10krpm drives. Drives remained sealed, called 3/10. RMA issued after several emails&calls. They rcvd drives 3/31. Further emails unanswered. CC company notified. Rcvd refund 4/28 after CC company involved. 52days without $3790.66

PCUniverse.com was easy to order from with very good pricing. I called their Customer Service number before ordering to see how courteous and helpful they would be in answering a few questions and they were very helpful with a great attitude. The order arrived in good time and I would order from them again.

The worst experience ever. I needed a laptop to take to class. I waited for my tax return. Finally I was able to buy a laptop for my next class (Sat 3/25/06), but they would not ship it to me because they thought it was fraud. I tried to verify my information, but no one could help me. When I finally cancelled I was given very bad Customer service from Gordon (no last name). Everything was bad, from start to finish.

Had a great experience with PC Universe. Called them up to inquire about their dead pixel policy, got to a live person quickly. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable on their policies and products, very helpful. Ordered a Viewsonic VP930b and it arrived in 5 days with regular shipping, and ZERO dead pixels! Very happy with my experience with PC Universe.
