    Purchased a Jabra headset. Paid via PayPal but Buy.com said that the payment wasnt received even though PayPal indicated that it was received by them. I emailed Buy.com and got a generic reply back. Completely UNRESPONSIVE and with a LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had to start to a dispute with PayPal to recover my money.

    So far, aside from one item I never received, buy.com has been consistently reliable.

    Never Never Never again. They charged my PayPal account without shipping the product. The product was in stock when I placed the order, but out of stock once I received my confirmation email. It has been two months. I sent three cancellation requests. Each request was a week apart. I placed a phone call to customer service ( 1 800 800 0800 not on their web site) just to find that the first two requests were received but not processed. Since it has been more than 45 days, PayPal wont handle any disputes. There are so many other places to shop. Dont waste your time. You will just end up writing angry reviews.

    Be aware.I do not know what happend with buy.com but you can all clearly see the trend...If they are not already removed from Pricegrabber they should be.I am an old customer that used to be happy with them but now...My last order was rejected because I put the order from a PC outside the US, I always have and never had problem before.Putting an order by phone works fine though, how can that be more "secure"?The replies from customer service was nonsens and an insult to my inteligence.

    place the order on Sep.11, nothing arrives till now. Call them to cancle twice, but my credit card still got charged. Never buy anything from buy.com

    I ordered a and paid new item price for what should ve been NEW. The shipment arrived the outward apperance on the box was fine not crushed etc.... But when I opened the box the product had obviously been opened before and the contents were scattered in the bottom of the box. I emailed buy.com back and forth which was frustrating since each email they sent was from Buy.com No Reply Customer Support customersupport@noreply.buy.com an address that would not allow a direct reply to go back to CS anyways the customer servce was terrible no resoultion was even attemped and this patron will be going back to Newegg for good. BUY.com is the worst

    They canceled my order the next day saying it was no longer available. That was a lie! The exact same item with the same sku was listed on buy.com at a much higher price! I emailed them the next day asking for a better explanation and was just ignored. Buy.com is no longer a trustworthy nor honest reseller any more.

    Merchant e-mailed me info throught the purchase and shipping proccess. Product arrived on time. Would like to have know shipping type, UPS,USPS ect. Otherwise excellent service!!!! Would buy from again!!!
