This shopping experience was weird. Even though I recieved the Antec case, in excellent condition and exactly as ordered, a couple of things bothered me:1. website is excrutiatingly slow when checking order status, at the point when I about gave up, the page came up.2. Order status never changed as each day went by.3. I never recieved any e-mail confirmation or communication of any kind until AFTER I recieved the case.This was my first shopping experience with securemart, and based on these issues, I did not have a real warm & fuzzy, that I had made a mistake. Just as I was getting ready to call them to find out what was going on, the case arrived in pristine condition. Securemart has a lot of improvement to the shoppng experience, but the products are exactly as advertised.

They were vary quick. The only reason the package took a week for me to get was that my road was/is closed and the FedEx truck couldnt get through. They glady dropped off at my friends house on the second try, where I could then pick it up. The package arrived completly unharmed and the mp3 player works great. Came with all necessary cords, disks, and books. Even came with the little case from Creative! Securemart.com were always vary friendly with the questions I had and did a great job with my order. Thank you very much securemart.com! Great job, very friendly people, fast buisness, highly recommended in my book!

The order was delayed due to backorder, its all about being patient for the delivery. The product shipped and it was delivered in three days just like they said. Great service Securemart. My first order was over two years ago glad to see you are still here with the good deals.

Placed an order; received mail that goods would be available in a week or so. Another message after one more week; and finally a message after one month saying they would not be able to fulfill the order. In the mentime, on pricegrabber site they still show "product available".

On Sunday afternoon, 7/30/2006, I ordered a Brother MFC8870DW, for the best bottom line price on that date. It arrived at my home on Long Island 48 hours later, via standard shipping. I am impressed.

I just wanted to say that Im VERY satisfied with my ordering experience. The price was better than most, we received the item quicker than any other shipper, and when I had questions, the contact info given was accurate, and I actually spoke with a person--Terry.
