It was really fast and easy to order from your website, you guys have the best prices on the internet and have a great custumer service phone line where you can talk to a real person on the phone! (a shocker these days!)The only bad thing i have to say is that you guys called me to confirm my info(which was completely fine) but then some costumer service lady yelled at me and told me that it wouldnt be shipped because my shipping address and my billing address were not the same, when i asked her if they checked with the bank, she told me that I had to send some document over email. I told her I would not do it, and to cancel the order (im a busy person, I dont have time to scan documents!). I went and bought and IPOD somewhere else thinking I wouldnt get the one from macmall since I canceled the order. Well the very next day I got an email saying that my ipod was being shipped, so I had to return the other one.Thank you!

I think the billing process can be developed more. I was sent a mail to authorize my credit card, which by itself I dont know why it happened, anyway I was sent this mail to call customer service. I called them soon, but the refused to remove my order out of hold because I had to call them from the number I had given in the order. This did not make sense to me at all. I think that definitely needs to be changed.

Ordered a Canon camera on Sunday, had it in 3 days. My only complaint would be that they would use a little bit more packing material in the box. But other than that everything is great.

1. If you advertise free shipping, dont make me go through the onerous rebate procedure to get shipping refunded.2. The bannered price reductions did not appear on iLife 08. Price was as offered at Apple Store.
