    My order shipped in two different manners. The smaller items shipped UPS and arrived in fine shape in 4 days. The larger item a 50 inch plasma TV shipped via Manna. I paid for "white glove service" but the TV arrived via 3rd party as "threshold service" rather than white glove which I had paid for. The individual who arrived alone could not get the TV out of his minivan without my help. I helped carry it into the house. He did not know how to open and inspect the TV so I did it myself. The screen was broken. I had to help repack the TV and load it back in his minivan. I called Manna and they confirmed that the Threshold delivery was not what I paid for. The told me to call the supplier. I did and my claim for credit and replacement was approved with the hour, however the item is now back-ordered from the supplier and I do no have a new shipping date. I have been charged for the entire order, thus the poor rating on the merchant's billing pracatices.
