    Merchant - ordering is a breeze. Product was in great condition - everything worked great - this vendor was easy to deal with. The only thing that they needed to state on their website is that they were closing for Yom Kippur

    I have ordered from BuyDig.com on several occasions in the past with no problem whatsoever, but this time there was a mix-up with my order, and I hade a chance to experience what the customer support was like.The sales person over the phone made a specific promise, which, as it became apparent upon delivery, was not fulfilled.I emailed customer support, received a very prompt reply, and a full refund to my satisfaction.Thanks.

    First time I have used this site. All seems good so far.I recieved my order and everything was as it should be. It took a little longer to receive than I expected because Buydig.com celebrated a Jewish holiday that lasted through Wednesday after I ordered on the previous Friday. But that was OK with me, I respect a business that shuts down because of a religious holiday. I still received my order within the 7-9 business days they estimated. I will likely check them out again the next time I order something online.

    Other than that it usually shipped in 1-2 days, I received no shipping and delivery information at this point.

    Ordered 42 inch plasma on the 20th. Received it on the 26th. No annoying phone calls. Delivery was very good. Five stars all the way.
