Newegg had been good in the past but my last 2 transactions with them were completely unsatisfactory! I purchased software they billed my credit card then over a week later they tell me they are out of stock. I could have purchased the item from another retailer is they had said it was available from the start instead I missed the black Friday and cyber Monday sales. In another transaction I placed and Item in my cart proceeded to sign in to purchase it and they removed from my cart, the item in question had only been on sale for 1 minute there is no way it was not available BIG SCAM. I no longer trust them, BEWARE.
