I odrdered camera for my wife as a present. It shipped with couple of days. UPS dropped at my door and someone picked it right up. UPS was no help what so ever and di not care. I called B&H and thier response we will send another one after we clear the claim with UPS in 2 days. 3 days later I call they said it will be 5 to 7 dyas. 10 days later, I call, they say it will be 10 days. then they went on vacation from oct 10 - oct 22. I asked for refund, they cant do that until UPS clears it. When will that happen? Do know but in few days. I say but you are clesed most of the month I want either a camera or my money. No sypmathy. I will never order fromthese clowns again nor will I ever use UPS for any shipping. both are the worst companies ever. I could have spent $20 more and got it from BestBuy. what losers

B&H processes orders faster than any other online merchant Ive ever ordered from. Their site is very helpful, with consumer reviews, equipment specs, etc. When something is backordered, you can sign up for notification when the item comes in. They are so good, I never order from any other site, even if the price is a little lower--but generally B&H prices are very competitive.
