    I havent had any issues with them so far. I have always received excellent service from them. But I miss the catalogs they used to send me in the mail. I never throw their catalogs away and I always use it as my technical referrence when Im planning to buy or when somebody is asking for my help in making a decision on a product. Thank You B&H !

    I am disappointed in the shipping cost difference. The web site quoted $8.45 but was charged more with no dilivery changes.
