I had hard time to get my TV from another merchant so I tried Vanns. Everthing was smooth and TV was shipped within 24 hours. The 40 Sony LCD in its factory box was put in another big box with lots of air pockets. They even give me a Harmony universal remote for free. Received 3 email for confirm every step of order and shipping status. No sells call ever. So thank you Vanns. I am happy with them.

Impressed very much with customer service. Ordered a pair of Sony earplugs - Pricegrabber had "no shipping fee" listed but when I went to the site a 9.00 shipping fee was added. I placed the order anyway, then figured what the hell they probably wont reimburse me but Ill try.Surprise! They picked up the phone on the second ring - NO COMPUTER VOICE A REAL LIVE PERSON answered and she refunded the shipping costs immediately.Couldnt be happier with my shopping experience at Vans!

I have found the best reason not to shop the NYC "dealers". Just go to Vanns for the best shopping experience. Fair price, no hassle, no sales pitch for accessories, free shipping, delivery when promised, in perfect condition. I could not be more pleased with their handling of my order.
