I ordered a Vizio 20" HD LCD TV (VX20L Refurbished) late on Saturday afternoon. Shortly after I placed the order I received a call from Club Mac to confirm my information. I received the TV on Tuesday morning, using regular shipping. Thats only 2 business days, and Monday was a holiday!!! Fantastic order handling.As to the TV: it looks to be new. Just a few very minor surface scratches on the black bezel around the screen, probably the result of the packing material in the box. (You can only see them if you get at the right angle.)Would I recommend Club Mac? In a heartbeat!!! Excellent pricing, easy ordering and ultra-fast shipping: what more could you ask for.

Horrible experience with this company. I placed my order on November 20th and was told the item was 2 weeks out. I called again December 5th and was told it would be another 2 weeks. I called again December 27th and was told the item was shipping out January 5th. Today, January 5th I receive a letter from them telling me that my order will be canceled. No apologies were offered. In addition to this problem - their customer service was horrible. I had to hold for at least 30 minutes each time I called. When I called on the 5th of December, the CSR put me on hold for OVER 45 MINUTES after I had already been holding in the que for 30 minutes. I ended up having to hang up, wait another 30 minutes in the que, and speak to another CSR. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Terrible customer service. I wasted over 2 hours of my time waiting on hold and in the end they cancelled my order despite assuring me it was about to ship three times:I ordered a refurbished iMac 17" Intel that I was told was in stock. I needed to call to confirm the order the next day, which took 42 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They confirmed and said it would be shipping later the same day.I got another message asking to call later that day. 15 minutes later someone answered the phone and asked the same confirmation. They said it was in the warehouse and on the way.Another message the next day asking for confirmation. It took just 31 minutes to answer the phone this time. Confirmed again and was told it was now shipping from the warehouse.Later the same day I get a message saying the item is now out of stock and the order is cancelled.

This company allows you to place an order that they are unable to fulfill. I ordered a BU-353 GPS receiver and the item was discontinued. After two calls and two days I found out that they were unable to fulfill the order. If they are unable to fulfill the order they shouldnt take the order.
