    The entertainment system was ok to begin with. Then dbuys called to sell us a warranty. What a scam!!! Do not upgrade to a warranty! The phone sales people are awful and so rude when something goes wrong! The supposed manager on the phone should be fired. What a jerk. The front speakers blew the first week. To get a replacement you must send back the entire entertainment system which would cost $100 and then they want you to pay return shipping too! AND there is no guarantee that they will even replace the system.

    The confirmation call was a weird experience. Order was in two parts. Only could track the UPS part. The FedEx ship number was not furnished in shipping confirmation email. This was very confusing.

    I paid for 2-3 day business delivery. I got the camera within the second day of it leaving their warehouse. They had much better service and they didn't lie like USPhoto1 did to me.

    We had a great transaction. Camcorder was product promised, and delivery was timely. We did receive a phone call from the company asking if we wanted to purchase some add-ons. We simply declined and they processed our order and it was delivered within a few days.

    This was my first experience shopping online, and my customer service rep was a great help in walking me through the process. The merchandise arrived on time and in good condition. Their prices are very good.
