    Placing my order was trouble free and my order arrived within 3 days in good condition. I have not yet tried it out; my son has the same thing and is very satisfied with the performance of his.

    I received an email stating that they could not process my order without me calling them to provide additional credit card information. Basically looks like an attempt at gaining my credit card information for fraudulent purposes. I order online all of the time and I have never experienced something this before. I do not recommend ordering from a company that doesn't follow standard credit protection protocols.Here's a copy of the email:Thank you for shopping with PCNation!We are contacting you regarding your recent order. Our automated system has identified a situation that requires us to speak with you as soon as possible. Please contact our Authorizations Department at 800-235-4050 between the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm CST. / Monday-Friday. Please be sure to have the credit card you used to place the order available when contacting us.Please note that our systems do not permit us to hold an order open for longer than 7 days.
