    Order placed on 29th september? A mail(23rd.sept.)from the accounting department says that the tracking info will be sent shortly. Did sent all the info required before that.On 29th asked about my product (4working days later),and my payment (all the info already sent)was received that day only. Unacceptable.Shipping notification came on 6th october (5working days)after another email sent by me (5th oct.)that there is no info about my shipping, etc. Unacceptable again.Tracking my product worked only until this:Into Foreign Customs GREAT BRITAIN 10/08/09 11:14pm (thursday)After that till next WEDNESDAY!!!(14th oct) could`nt get any update(4working days)On 14th got a letter saying that I have to pay £20.75 as tax and got this info available on my tracking:Attempted Delivery GREAT BRITAIN 10/12/09 4:28amAbroadExpecting the item on 12th(monday). There was no attempted delivery that day. Overal: poor service from techonweb,communication ok,product ok. Wont buy again.

    would be nice if you didnt charge the $5.00 to place orders through your customerreps. This was my first order (ever) through the internet. Although the rep. (Misty) was very professional over the teley and handled my order with a "smile" over the phone.If in the future, I would need electronic items, I will check your site out first. Thanks!
