    I really appreciate that I can have an international address and still be able to ship it to the United States. I am impressed with this company. They take time to confirm the order, send promptly, and pack well. The item is just as advertised. I would recommend thiem at any time>

    would like the customer service to be more friendly and responsive. i recently enquired about a price match between another online site; they came back saying the other site didn't have the product in-stock; in fact they when i sent the email. was not a good response; ended up buying from other site :(

    I probably should have purchased in the store and forgot about the "on-line" shopping. It is not worth the blood pressure.

    If the products gets here on time, you did great...The dealy in delivery was caused by the weather, not the seller. FedEx Express drivers couldn't manage the weather and number of packages so they delayed the delivery for two days.
