    My past experiences have been great and I hope they continue. I like that fact that they let me know if an item is out of stock and they have that on line also. Like I said, live, knowledgeable, American customer service is really great!

    after having completed your survey you keep asking me to verify my order #, I have. It's the # on my order. Give up asking again, twice is enough!According to the 'tracker' I found that the merchandise was already in Portland on 11/6/ but did not get delivered until after 6pm on 11/9. Such a shame; I could have checked it out and read the manual over the weekend.I also think I need to return the camera since the software for the video/movie mode is not compatible with my MacBook. I checked with 5 different people in various departments of your company and nobody was able to tell me how I can make it work.I'll check again locally and let you know soon.
