    Ordering over the phone was quick and easy. The rep was efficient and friendly and didnt push when I refused a couple of other offers given to me. Overall I was very happy with the ordering process, but then again I dont have the product yet...

    The order will be delayed due to manufacturer lag, so I cannot rate delivery or receipt yet, though Lee R. was very personable. He also had to go to some length in order to procure the item I wanted, and should be commended for that as well.

    So far, so good. Not in a hurry for delivery, so if order shows up within a week or so, Im good. Prefer to buy online, out of state, with no tax, free shipping sites.

    This is my 3rd large order from them and they have always shipped in a timely manner, deliveries were undamaged, and the products worked first time out of the carton!

    Great experience, no high pressure to buy warranty, extras. The CS person advised me of these things and did not press further. That means a lot as others internet vendors seem to grind on you for this.
