    Survey is inconvenient at time of online checkout. Merchant website provides excellent information to help customer determine the appropriate merchandise to fit his or her need. Although prices are not always the best available online, the customer service and dependability of the B&H add more than enough value to justify a slightly higher price.

    Hoping everything arrives as planned, like the products depth and that everything seems to be in stockIt did arrive very quickly . . . very nice experience. Will shop with them again.

    I love B&HI tried to make this purchase last night (9 PM Pacific time) but my credit card wasn't accepted. I tried again this morning, and had no problems. I guess it was because it was midnight there? 24-hr shopping is a must for the internet!

    B&H always has good pricing that is in line, but while it sometimes is not the absolute lowest, their customer service is invaluable.
