    This was my first order with TheNerds.net, but they did an amazing job. My order arrived three business days after I placed the order - which was impressive considering I purchased a very heavy audio rack. Their price was the best I found on the internet as well (about $100 cheaper than anywhere else). I

    Placing the order was fine. They had the BEST price online. UNFORTUNATELY their shipping was by far the worst Ive ever dealt with. After 4 business days of "run around" answers I FINALLY got real shipping info with a tracking number. BUT I still have no idea where my product is because ups cannot tell me where it is or an ETA. I feel like Im in the 1950s and Ill get it when I get it. Not happy

    The product shipped to me from TheNerds.net (a security camera) had been previously opened and was not advertised as an open box item. To make matters worse, the camera did not work!! (which is probably why the previous shipment was returned). Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the camera.I consider this very bad service.
