    Tried using the chat feature online to get information about timeframe of picking up in store vs. shipping and she could not help. But when I called the 888# I got the help I needed. Delivery in Chicago is free & it came quickly. The driver was friendly and carried the heavy box inside. Abt also had the best price.

    This is the second large ticket item I have bought from Abt. I bought a 32" lcd tv a couple of years ago and was very please with everything.
