I have very negative feedback for this merchant. They are unprofessional & has very poor customer service. I ordered for a Dell Laptop AC Adapter Power Supply after looking at the image/picture available at their site, But the product which I received was a replacement AC adapter. It is not from Dell. The picture or the image posted at site shows this product as an original dell adapter. They are misleading the customer by showing the wrong product image at site. I feel very disappointed & cheated. I would suggest never buy any products at this site. Moreover I have never seen such a poor customer service. The service phone number 626-309-9158 given is waste. No one ever picks the phone. It always goes to voice mail. There return policy is too bad. They have only 7 days return period that too no refund only replacement or store credit. They are highly unprofessional. I would suggest beware of this site. Please pass on the message to as many friends you can.
