    The installation CD was scratched, and had writing from the previous owner on the outside. The wireless keyboard and mouse DID NOT work with VISTA, and after going through the hassles of finding the updated software from MICROSOFT, discovered that this product was SLOW, SCRATCHED, and clearly a LOW-QUALITY ("lemon") RETURNED ITEM. UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE!! WAITED ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHO WAS ROOD!! DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR!!!

    I have just ordered so I do not have any other opinion other than the purchasing process and selection process. Very easy to get what I wanted in the same package although I thought I had included testing option but did not show after checkout.After receiving the items purchased, I reviewed the contents and all the packaging was what I would expect for quality shipping. The only problem I had was that I choose the motherboard based on many reviews as well as being advertised as having a DVI port. When I received the board it did NOT have a DVI port and the manual says it is optional. This is NOT advertised as optional it IS advertised as standard. This is highly disappointing to me as it was the deciding reason for going with this board as I had 3 very close in competition. I would return it but I during research I have had my system down to long and can not sacrifice any further time and the board with that exception is as expected.
