    Been using ProVantage over top of CDW with a great deal of ease and good service. The products are priced right. The shipping is fast. The website works great.

    I ordered the Canon EOS 5D mk II on March 1st, and their web site claimed it would take about a week to get. Three and a half months later, with a never ending line of excuses from them as to why it wasn\t shipping, I canceled the order. Customer service is lousy, and they can\t deliver the product. You get what you pay for.

    I ordered (4) APC UPS\s yesterday at 4:30PM and received them today at 2:25PM...Amazing delivery speed!!!Price, including shipping, was the lowest on the web.Great service!!!

    as described, new in package, had no issues with order, would buy from again based on this experience! read a few negative reviews, but placed order anyways. Even the BEST merchant will have a few people who hate the world and will take it out on them. I was very happy I did

    Ordered 2 Sony audio/video systems 5/5/09. One arrived quickly. Did not hear anything about second and contacted them. Was told it would ship 5/12 - did not arrive. Had to contact them again told it would ship 5/15 - didn\t arrive. Had to contact them again - told it would ship 5/20 - did not arrive. Told it would ship 5/25 - did not. Now being told it will ship 5/29. This is Sony surround sound system that is avail from Sony and many other retailers. Problem for me is that Sony and other retailers sell the two systems linked for a significant discount. Since they shipped one I cannot go to another retailer and obtain the discount. Their customer service does not track whether orders ship. Buyer must contact Proadvantage and when they have time they will check and give you a new date. They should not be selling products that 3 weeks after accepting an order they cannot even set a ship date. Prodavantage still lists this Sony surround sound system as a product that they are selling.
