    Have used this merchant for years. May not always have the absolute lowest price but always has the absolute b est service. And have actually ordered items at 2PM one day and had them there by 10AM the next morning -- without next-day shipping!

    I was attracted to the company by their competitive prices. Items received in timely manner. However, I purchased DYMO XL labels at 250 / roll. The website and the emailed info said 250 / roll, I got 220 per roll. Easily fixable you\d think, but after 2 unanswered emails (I waited 3 weeks with no response), I called and received very rude service. I am returning the labels and not purchasing from them again. A simple I\m sorry or partial refund would have been fine, but I was basically told I should have somehow known there were only 220 per roll. Very disappointing!!!

    Ordered a set of StudioPhile AV40 Desktop Speakers as I saved $65 over getting them locally. Amazing little speakers at a fantastic price and the frosting on the cake was 2 day shipping from Ohio (must be a warehouse here in California too). They kept in touch until they mailed me the tracking#.Don\t hesitate to do business with this company! AA+
