    I ordered a part from them to get one of my old computers back up which has really important information about my business on it. I did not hear any thing till 09/22/09 and they told me it is a new item. today i got a email that was to tell me my order was canceled due to it being a discontinued item. To me it sounds like some one made a mistake on the price and they are trying to cover it up. They wasted my time and now i have to wait for a refund if it ever comes. The company needs to be shut down due to fraud.

    I ordered on Wednesday and received it in Hawaii on Friday morning - you can\t get any better than that! Product is excellent. My eyes stopped buring immediately once I installed the screens. Thanks Provantage!

    Prices are almost always the best. The "catch" is that shipping times vary based on which warehouse they send the product(s) from. You'll never know ahead of time (when selecting "ground" shipping) how long it will take, but sometimes it's actually overnight. Also, choosing any shipping option better than "ground" is usually very expensive - offsetting any price savings on the order itself. Usually, "ground" works just fine for me.
