    We order most of our replacement UPS batteries from them. They don\t always have the cheapest price but they are glitch free, quick to ship if the item is in stock (we have not dealt with them on out of stock items yet so i can not comment about that aspect). They are helpful with questions about the product and responsive about returns/exchanges. The batteries and products are genuine and as advertised on the site unlike some other companies we?ve dealt with. Clean interface, simple ordering system once you are registered and responsive website.

    It\s been over 6 days & no sign of my order at all. Instead, when I try to find out where my order is, all I get is this from the Provantage website: \"Tracking number:Unfortunately, the shipment tracking number is not available from the distributor who shipped your order.\"In this day and age where anyone from eBayers to Mom & Pop shops being able to provide a tracking number, Provantage is unable to.All this despite showing over 12 in stock for the item I\m ordering. So, you\re able to show how many your distributor has in stock but not able to get a tracking number from them? Unacceptable, especially since you drop this on the customer only after the order has been submitted.Don\t get me wrong, all other aspects of the order process were above my expectations. Site, product info (along with exact inventory available) exceeded all other sites I\ve ordered from...but not being able to provide tracking info? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Hey, find another vendor then...instead, I ha
