    I have been placing orders with Provantage for years and have NEVER had any problems. Vary rarely has there been a time that I was not able to find what I needed from Provantage, but when I do find what I need, they have always been cheaper than anyone else, and I have always received my items quickly, if ever there was a problem, I was always contacted.

    The online catalog is comprehensive and has a tremendous selection within each category. The speed of order fulfillment and shipment is so far unparalleled. My personal experience with online shopping is extensive and the customer experience I have received from ProVantage has been the best. I transposed numbers on my credit card and quickly received a notification email. I phoned and spoke to a service agent right away that quickly corrected my error, processed my payment and fulfilled my order. I received my product the very next day.

    Best price around for needed item ordered at 3:33 p.m. Received e-Mailed Order Confirmation at 3:37 p.m. and Shipment Notification at 4:12 p.m. as ?Shipping Now? even though my order had been placed after the 3:00 p.m. cut-off time for same day shipment. However, $18.30 for 2 day, p.m. Shipping of a $23.21 item weighing no more than 25 Oz. is quite steep (can\t make any comment regarding the timely arrival of my order since I just received the shipment notification). As a prestigious, high volume shipper, Provantage.com can and should negotiate more realistic shipping rates with their agreed carriers on behalf of their patrons. Looking forward to such good news I will continue to do business with Provantage.com and highly recommend them to potential customers.
