    The service has been atrocious with no one willing or able to tell me when the product, which the Provantage website promised would ship within a week, would be shipped. Two weeks later I\m getting an estimated shipping date another week plus away -- and the service agent doesn\t work on Thursdays or Fridays and I can\t get anyone else to help. This is the worst online experience I\ve had in quite some time. I\ll never use Provantage again, and I\ll steer others away if they want any type of reliable purchasing system. Good prices are great, but only if the product actually gets delivered in time to be useful.

    I ordered a wireless ethernet converter on Sunday and had by Tuesday via ground shipment (only one state away in PA.....I\m in MD). The only suggestion I would make to Provantage is to have Fedex get a signature. I was home and Fedex ground guy just left it at the door. I only found out by tracking it and seeing that it was delivered. A bit of a security risk for a potentially valuable product!Wayne

    My order was canceled for no reason without any explanation and notification. I emailed provantage asking for explanation, and never received a reply.

    I am a repeat customer. Provantage\s Ground Shipping is amazingly fast to NYC: works out almost as well as overnight or, at worst, 2nd day shipping. While their prices aren\t always the lowest, they are the most dependale, reliable online merchant I know, and I can always count on them in a pinch.
