    very easy to navigate the website on dial up, good product selection, fair prices and shipping. Packaging discs were received in were by far the best that I have ever received. I will be buying from this merchant again.

    The checkout system seems pretty strait forward. I wish I saw an option not to save credit card information for added security/convenience choice on customers part.

    I\ve used them in the past and their prices show up periodically being the lowest total with shipping. So i just go with that instead of the regular newegg purchases if it\s a cheap product i won\t really bother returning. I\ve never had to return anything to mwave though so i\m not sure about RMA policy.

    I purchased LITE ON IHAS20-08 20x SATA super all-write DVDrw drive, only costs $ 25.00, but drive made 3/4 recorded dvds bad, costed me 1/3 of the price to shipped back, but store will not replace, to prove I used the drive for many burnings, and went to local pc store/CompUSA to purchase a Samsung drive, so far more than 20 dvds, none bad, using same pc, same burning sw, same dvd authoring sw, none is different other than THE DVD DRIVE. I WILL NOT BUY anything from this store again! Store claimed drive was tested out ok, with ONE DVD burned?
