    Some Product Descriptions/HP warranty info could a little better or more uniform, some product list warranty info clearly others nothing at all. A manufacture warranty info page may be helpful. Maybe I missed it. Pricing Great, Free Shipping a plus. Thanks Again

    I placed my order on 7/18. I called on 7/21 and was told that my order would be shipped by cob that day. I called on 7/28. I was told again the order should be delivered any day now. I was unable to get a tracking number from AAE. I called on 8/5 afternoon requesting a full refund because I have not received my order. The rep said that he will produce a tracking number or refund my order and then send me an email the relevant information. It is now evening time. I don\t have an email with a tracking number or a refund.

    Ordered and paid for product on the 9th. I received an email on the 15th that AAE cancelled the order due to their inability to supply the product. Despite several phone calls and emails, I still have received no refund on my payment ($1K+). It is now a week since they cancelled the order and still no refund.
