    There was a problem with additional shipping charges. PowersellerNYC refunded the additional charges. I would recommend anyone doing business with this company to be sure to get all shipping charges clarified before buying. In all other respects the company did an excellent job.

    The ordering process for the TV I requested was smooth and easy. I received a follow up call to verify my information since I purchased online. They also noted I would need additional items and they could help if necessary. I received the unit earlier than expected in excellent shape. I would gladly repurchase from this retailer and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

    I found powerseller to be a legitimate online business. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Was willing to work with me on shipping for this very large TV. Also gave me a good deal on hdmi cables. Most retailers still don\t have this model in stock (and I mean anywhere).

    I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG PN63B550 PLASMA HDTV FROM P.S.NYC AND IT ARRIVED IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS VIA EXPRESS TRUCK DELIVERY FOR AN ADDITIONAL $200 SHIPPING FEE. THE PRODUCT WAS NEW IN A FACTORY SEALED BOX. THE TV IS WORKING PERFECTLY . I\M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
