    I ordered merchandise from BoatersWorld.Com 12/03/06. Was instantly sent to GOOGLE to pay for the order. I entered all the information and began the wait for my merchandise. On 12/21 I recieved an email saying it was shipped and my CCard had been charged. The product NEVER did arrive, however the money WAS taken from the credit card without hesitation on 12/21. I called SEVERAL times and spoke to their customer service folks and recieved the same answer from all. "Im sorry, item will be shipped when we recieve from manufacturer, thank you for calling"... I then found out that the items are being now auctioned online for a HIGHER price, and those of us that ordered at a sale price are just out of luck. If we want the item, we must go to the Auction site, and pay AGAIN at a higher price. I am just relaying my experience with this Web of companies that do not seek customer satisfaction in any stretch of the imagination. They cancelled my order without my authorization.

    The StreetPilotC330 is WONDERFUL. The price was very competative. I could have got it for 2 percent less but choose BoatersWorld and glad that I did. It arrived as discribed and packed with extreme care. I am buying another one for a gift and again will go thru BoatersWorld.com

    OUTSTANDING! I recieved my Garmin C330 in 2 days via fedex and the shipping was free. I expected it to come UPS in a week or more. Was hesitant because of only one other feedback. I definately recommend boatersworld.com and will use them in the future. The only problem I had was that I was trying to track my shipment on the UPS website rather than Fedex. When I read my email I realized that it was shipped fedex and that was the reason ups didnt recognize the shipping number. Great job boatersworld! Oh, and the packaging was good too.

    Website was easy to navigate, order was seamless and easy. Received the product (garmin c330) in reasonable time and was as described. Would recommend Boaters World.com to friends and would use again. Great pricing and they dont gouge with shipping. Great experience.
