    The only strange thing is that for some reason my order was shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. Not a huge deal, but kind of a surprise anyway.

    Its been a great experience thus far. Customer service picked-up calls on 1st ring. My questions were complex to say the least. Customer service Rep was knowledgeable and addressed the queries with ease and accuracy. To test if this experience was an exception than a rule, I called them back with a second order on the same day within hours and received the same response. Quite impressed. www.thenerds.net would now be my vendor of choice. Thanks

    Placing the order was ok. The problem was only half the order shipped. No indication of back order or other problem. I emailed customer service and got a simple, "sorry, we will ship the other half out" I asked for quick shipping as it was your mistake and I had a deadline to meet. I was told no, but offered a 5 dollar discount. I again asked for fast shipping not a discount, was again told no. I then said to just cancel the order and was told it was too late to do so, because the item was already processed. No shipping information ever provided on second half. No updates. Item finally arrived on the 28th. Not my idea of a good first time order with your company and not what I would call good customer service. It is unlikely I will do business with TheNerds.net again and will not recommend the store.

    Order arrived in swift time and in new condition. However, customer service gentleman was a bit abrupt with me on phone, and this may be my fault but the address was not complete. It should have included "USGS" and "Mail Stop 935". I was lucky to get it.
