  They charged my credit card, but couldn't fill my order. I spent over an hour talking to one of their customer reps - waisted my time. Still waiting for a refund. Some sort of fraud!

  I had a great experience with Wirefly. I ordered my Samsung Captivate (it was free - no mail in rebates required!) on a Friday and received it by Monday evening. The ordering process was seamless and much faster than any in-store visit would have been. I was able to use the phone within minutes after removing it from the box.Overall, I thought it was a great experience. I have already recommended them to all of my friends!

  I talked my relatives into upgrading their Verizon Wireless family plan through Wirefly. They were going to use their New Every Two discount, but by ordering through Wirefly they got a Droid X and a Droid 2 and saved another hundred bucks, plus paid no sales tax. So don't be fooled. With New Every Two you pay more than if you just order your upgrade through Wirefly! The phones arrived the next day and we called Verizon to activate them. Piece of cake. Wirefly is simply awesome. By the way, the Droid phones are pretty awesome too.

  I got the new Samsung Galaxy Android phone from Wirefly on the day it was released. Wirefly's price was $100 lower than anywhere else and the process was simple and flawless. I think Wirefly.com is one of the best kept secrets on the internet.

  My wife loves her new cell phone, which we purchased via Wirefly.com in July. Followed the online step-by-step sequence for adding a line to our existing family plan. An agent notified me and asked in which phone exchange I would prefer having the new phone number. Our Motorola Droid a855 arrived next day with free shipping.Thankful we had that phone when our car broke down on Ohio turnpike 80-90 during an evening torrential downpour with four tornadoes touching down nearby, traffic roaring past with hazard lights blinking. My wife used the phone's easy-to-read screen and GPS to pinpoint our location, and with clear reception despite traffic and storm din we arranged a tow. Next morning we phoned the service station before 8:00 a.m. and our car was repaired and ready to go by 9:30 a.m.Sure hope we are destined to continue receiving service as friendly and efficient as on Wirefly.com.
