    I placed an order for a replacement battery (BP-511A) for a Canon DSLR camera on Monday 10/26. I received notification of shipment that same day. The battery arrived here in Pennylvania on Saturday 10/31. It has a slightly higher amperage (longer lasting)than the OEM, a much lower price and from a name I trust.The only negative is that it doesn't come with the protective base cover as does the Canon.

    This is my 1st experience with duracelldirect.com. It went Awesome. The shipping explanation was perfect and my wife went the cheap route with free shipping and I wanted to do the 4-7 day shipping to ensure that we had the battery prior to leaving to disneyland on November 7. (9 days from now) (6 business days). She has more faith in UPS than I do. We are crossing our fingers and would take any advice you may wish to give in the matter.

    I have dealt with this company in the past and have always had a good experience with them. They HAVE the products in stock and they are good quality i.e. they last for a long time. I bought batteries at least 4 years ago and still work!

    I searched on the internet for the cheapest price for this product (a Duracell 15 minute charger) and found it here. Not only was it less expensive, but I also didnt have to pay shipping/handling (bonus). All the reviews that I read on this product were great, so I am looking forward to receiving the product and giving it as a gift.

    Use of site is clear and easy. Selection of merchandise is excellent - camera merchant could take lessions from Duracell! I trust the Duracell brand completely.
