    Ordered my merchandise w/out any problems on Monday, 11/23. Received the complete order on Wednesday, 11/25. Wow!! That's what I call speedy service! Despite the name, the business is anything but "nerdy!" Only complaint--the website's search is a bit hard to manuever.

    HI I FOUND THE WEB SITE AND IT WAS EASY TO WORK THRU. FOUND WHAT I WANTED AND ORDERED IT WITH EASE. JUST COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING WAS AS MUCH AS IT WAS FOR A SMALL ITEM. AND IT ONLY .03 OZ,IN WIGHT.

    Took 2 weeks for it to be processed and shipped, never replied to customer service email, and continued to tell me that it was being shipped day after day when it was not. Terrible customer service. Never again.

    I checked the ratings and reviews of your site AFTER ordering the monitor. It seems you get a lot of flack over the shipping services not scanning and updating progress for tracking purposes.The usps has been bad about this lately, FedX does well.I saw postings about a number of your customer service reps not seeming to care about the customer, but I suspect this is likely a result of mistaken impressions by a customer with petty complaints. That sort are quick to write negative stuff.I expect everything to go smoothly.I like your name.Your site looks very professional.I like telling people I bought something from TheNerds. Hah!I feel like youre going to be great.

    I received a tracking number today to track my package, but after clicking on the link, the UPS page says the tracking number is invalid. Im unable to track my pagkage, unless I contact you all to see whats going on. I dont have time to do that. The tracking number should be correct when its sent in the email.

    Even though I placed my order on line during business hours on a Friday, and called my credit card company to make sure they had my shipping address on file, and typed into my order the same customer service number that I called from the back of the credit card, and paid way too much for overnight shipping, my order was still placed on hold on Monday and held up until I was able to take time away from work on Tuesday to make the calls needed to set things right. I was told they called their normal AMEX phone number instead of the customer service number that I gave them from MY card. I will not shop at this store again. I am a professional photographer, and when I need a piece of equipment for a particular job and I need it right away, I cant be dealing with a company like this.
