    dbuys has not sent me sony battery I ordered,although they billed me for it.I have contacted them numerous times and they responded by sending an after market batterys that can be bought for less than five dollars.The sony battery I orderd cost fifty dollars.If you go on line you wiil see that dbuys makes a habit of sending inferior products to what was ordered and payed for

    The confirmation call was a weird experience. Order was in two parts. Only could track the UPS part. The FedEx ship number was not furnished in shipping confirmation email. This was very confusing.

    I paid for 2-3 day business delivery. I got the camera within the second day of it leaving their warehouse. They had much better service and they didn't lie like USPhoto1 did to me.

    We had a great transaction. Camcorder was product promised, and delivery was timely. We did receive a phone call from the company asking if we wanted to purchase some add-ons. We simply declined and they processed our order and it was delivered within a few days.

    This was my first experience shopping online, and my customer service rep was a great help in walking me through the process. The merchandise arrived on time and in good condition. Their prices are very good.

    Very poor customer service. I placed an order for $4,500.00 . Jame Buck ( th owner) called me and cancelled. He didnt even tried to explain. Very very bad service and rud
