    Simply being able to see the final cost with shipping and coupons applied without entering any payment information was refreshing to see, as this is the most irritating thing to see online. Nice job HP!

    Got a custom-built laptop from HP.Excellent shopping experience, very convenient and fast. Would recommend to everyone. Besides, prices are very good.

    Sometimes prices are a little higher but if you check out the outlet or wait for sales, can\t beat the customer service and no hassle if anything does go wrong with the product.

    I wanted to use Paypal, but it wouldn\t work. Also, it is difficult to locate the ink cartridges on the site and explanations of what each cartidge contains are insufficient.
