    For many years OWC (aka MacSales) has been THE outstanding source of replacement parts, hardware upgrades, and peripherals, providing hand-holding for those who need it and speedy access to those who don\t. Their phone sales staff is the tops -- if I don\t know a specific solution for a friend or client who needs guidance, OWC is the ONLY place I send them. And while they may not have the largest variety of stock, it is apparent that they only sell products they can stand behind.This transaction met my expectations of them: easy to find what I needed, promptly shipped, well packed and ready to go.
