    Very easy to navigate. Intuitive design menu across the top of the page readily caught my eye and aided my finding what I was looking for. Very simple process to place order. Now I will wait for the arrival, but so far - its great!

    For many years OWC (aka MacSales) has been THE outstanding source of replacement parts, hardware upgrades, and peripherals, providing hand-holding for those who need it and speedy access to those who don't. Their phone sales staff is the tops -- if I don't know a specific solution for a friend or client who needs guidance, OWC is the ONLY place I send them. And while they may not have the largest variety of stock, it is apparent that they only sell products they can stand behind.This transaction met my expectations of them: easy to find what I needed, promptly shipped, well packed and ready to go.
