I was a little worried to order from navguys because they dont have many reviews yet, and according to whois database they just opened last december. But theyve got the best price with free shipping, 30 days money back, and the website looked credible. Now, two business days later I already got my order, and in perfect condition. All serial numbers were written on the packing skip, so it seams these guys know what they are doing.I am very pleased with my order, and probably will return to them again when I need to order another GPSr.

Spoke with the pre-sales technician on 5/19 who answered all my questions politely and knowledgeably. Ordered Nuvi760 on 5/19 with free ground shipping. Contacted by customer service within 1/2 hour that same day to confirm address. Nuvi760 arrived in 3 days on 5/22 (Ground is typically 8-10 business days), wow! Very pleased with order processing, customer service, and quick delivery! Highly recommend to others who want low prices with no up-sale hassles.

I ordered a Zumo 550 from Navguys and went against the previous reviews on their shipping department. I was called first thing Monday, since I ordered it on Saturday, and confirmed with their Shipping Supervisor that "OVERNIGHT" delivery was what I requested. When I checked the status of the delivery Tuesday morning, I noticed that they shipped it ground.Several calls later, I was able to get them to contact UPS and reverse the shipment back to them, well see if they actually do it, and will find someone else to purchase the unit from.I will never purchase from Navguys again and dont recommend them to anyone.One positive note: the customer service rep, Amberly??, was pleasant and as helpful as she could be. I think she is bound by her management, which seems unhelpful.

Poor customer service (CS)/communication and wrong shipping policies posted on web. I ordered my GPS system from Navguys (even though not the lowest price) because I saw they were authorized dealers and website said they shipped to APO. Received a confirmation email of my order and thats the last I heard from them. The rest, I had to find out myself. Didnt get confirmation of shipping email so checked online and it said my order was cancelled- no notice received. Called CS (overseas call) and told my phone number wasnt valid. I gave country code (cant on web- formatted for US numbers) and CS said would process order. Same day, I emailed CS to make sure they had my correct email/phone. 2 days later- no word/email. Called CS and now they said dont ship to APO. Why was it on the shipping options and why not told 1st time I called? No apologies given. Glad my order cancelled, and bought from another company for $20 less that DOES ship to APO.

Placed an order on Wednesday and they took the money via Paypal in 10 seconds. By Friday it was still not "processed".
