  Tried to use Google Checkout, which was offered, but kept adding shipping charges on Google site. Shipping was to be free, which it was when I checked out directly on OfficeGrabs.com.Has been 2 weeks since order and NO contact, order still says processing! Need to know what is up before having to go to credit card company. Really need to do a better job of updating customer on status.

  This is my 3rd of these that I have ordered for clients. The shipping has been #1. The unit itself has some of the best print I've ever seen! FIVE STAR PRODUCT. FIVE STAR MERCHANT. The instruction manual shows exactly how to use every feature of this machine with step by step pictures!

  Was impressed that a part I needed was not on the site and while on the phone with a rep he put me on hold and got it on the site so i could add to me cart. we will see if I remain impressed after order is shipped.The only improvement I can make note of, the assumption of a power cord, manual and the drivers for the copier/printer would be included with the order. These items seem like they would be automatically included or a notation on the item that they would not be included would have been helpful. Overall happy.

  My order was placed on the 18th of November. No merchandise has been received, no tracking numbers with UPS have been received, no follow up from the company to inform me of what is going on. I hope that by Monday the 29th I will have some info as we are needing the copier asap.If I do not get any satisfaction by Monday I will need to cancel my order and find a different vendor to work with.
