    the first state of this survey was for the order process, not for the product actually arriving as expected (at that point just after ordering, there was no way to know if the correct product would be shipped or if it would ever arrive or if it would be in working order, but the process of making the payment was easy enough).The package arrived as it should 15 days after ordering.The tracking number provided was right, but as I recall it is only useful at USPS for the last part of the transport...so would have been nice to know where to look for the first part of the transport (both web sites could probably have been in the email that gave the tracking number). Their prompt email reply gave me the UPS web site and then there were no surprises.

    Ordered correct item, but incorrect item was received (order acknowledgement and packing slip correct), but incorrect item was shipped. All attempts at contacting (phone, problem submission, RMA request) Flash Memory Store have NOT received any response when all the information on the web site says that responses will be within 24 hours..
