    Strengths: works well but your phone must be supported

    Weaknesses: some carriers are not willing to enter an agreement with Susteen for support.

    Overall Evaluation: I purchased DataPilot in order to transfer a large phonebook from my Sanyo RL-4930 (Sprint) to my new PLS-2400 (Embarq formerly Sprint). The phonebook transferred easily from the 4930 to the computer where I was able to edit the entries and save them. I ran into trouble when I tried to connect to the 2400. I got a phone not supported message. Susteen tech support told me that the product supports the Sanyo SCP-2400 by Sprint but not the Sanyo PLS-2400 by Embarq and that the "PLS" designation indicates different software on the phone and is not compatible. Not really Susteen's fault, but frustrating none the less. Moral of the story: Be very careful that the phones you are using are compatible or you may end up wasting your money like me and having to retype your entries anyway.
