  Strengths: Allows s-video connection to older TV's as well as even older composite.

  Weaknesses: None

  Overall Evaluation: I primarily use Component connections but when I get kicked off to my room TV I had to use composite connection. Since there are no connections on the front I have to get to the back of the TV to connect each time as well as rip apart my connections from the bigger screen in the other room. With this cable I can leave it hooked up all the time in my room as well as jump up to composite connection - a decent jump even on my smallish TV (29"). For $10 shipped it was worth it to eliminate the inconvenience. There are 2 ways to connect video: composite or s-video. There are also 2 ways to connect audio: 2-RCA for analog or fiber optic for digital audio.

  Duration of ownership:

  Strengths: Came withing two days, and is exactly as described. Like new. Good price vs. everyone else. Cheapest I found, with high quality.

  Weaknesses: Product wasn't packaged. Only held together with rubber band.

  Overall Evaluation: Will be a return costumer. I ordered my SV Cable and got it only two days later. Wicked fast delivery, and great product. It works beautifully and I plan to not only shop with consumer depot again because of low prices and great product, but I also plan to tell all my friends what an excellent experience I've had.
