    Strengths: Easy to set up, running fast

    Weaknesses: none

    Overall Evaluation: This gigabit pci adapter worked so well. I did not have any problem with this product since I bought it a few months ago. It worked well with other Netgear products. Files transfer through this card is up at gbps.

    Strengths: Gigabit connection, relatively cheap.

    Weaknesses: None

    Overall Evaluation: Nice little Gigabit network card. Allows you to move up to 1Gb/s rates on older computers.I was able to transfer files at 20MB/s sustained with this card with a NAS (DNS-323), an increase from the the standard 4MB/s I was getting with the on-board 100Mb NIC. All that while keeping the same cabling, but replacing the router.All in all, a good buy at a little price.

    Strengths: Low price, speed comparable with Intel 1000MT (desktop) adapter

    Weaknesses: Lacks driver for Windows 2003

    Overall Evaluation: As usual with Netgear, the "current" drivers date from back in 2003 - no updates in more than 3 years... Only bought it because Circuit City had it on sale for 10 dollars and I needed something quick. Would not buy again.
